Online Registration Now Available

You can now register your football or cheer participant online.

Register Online

Please note that on-site registration in person is still required for all cheer participants, although online registration in advance may speed up that process. For everyone else who is not a cheer participant, online registration alone is sufficient and you only need to attend on-site registration in person if you require assistance with the registration process.

Registration Dates Announced for 2018

The on-site registration dates for the 2018 season are as follows:

  • April 12, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • May 10, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
  • May 19, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • May 22, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Location for all registration dates is always Green Acres Storage, 2126 Holliday Drive, Dubuque.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you register online, there is no need for on-site registration in person, except for cheer participants. All cheerleaders must attend an on-site registration date, even if they register online prior to the on-site registration.

Registration fees:

  • Division 3 flag football: $65
  • Division 1-2 contact football: $160
  • Division 2-3 cheer: $125
  • Division 1 cheer: $160

Saturday November 18th from Noon-4pm @ Green Acres Storage

Sunday November 19th from Noon-4pm @ Green Acres Storage

Scholar Awards, Player Participation Awards, and Age Out Awards will be given out at this time!

If you can not return your equipment at this time, please arrange with your coach or someone responsible, to get these items returned.  Thank you for a terrific year!


2017 Dubuque Halloween Parade is Monday, October 30!

Football helmet designed to look like a halloween pumpkinThe YSF Dubuque (DIFL) will be participating again this year in the Halloween Parade hosted by the Dubuque Community Y. Walking in the parade route allows our entire organization to be seen by the community! We hope that your player or cheerleader will join us!

All football and cheer teams will meet to line up at Jackson Park at 5:30 p.m. After we have completed the parade route we will gather at Washington Park to meet parents. Football players should wear their game jersey with jeans. Cheerleaders should wear their uniform and bring their team-colored poms.

Scholar Awards: Submit Your Child’s Information for Consideration

It’s that time of year when we want to honor our student athletes!  If you would like your player or cheerleader considered for a 2017 Scholar Award, please submit a copy of your elementary child’s 2015/2016 (last year) report card OR your middle school student’s current midterm progress report via regular mail to the following address:

Reports must be received by Friday, October 27, 2017.

When submitting your child’s information, please include the following:

  • Child’s full name
  • Division (D1, D2, or D3)
  • Team name and color
